AADHITHYA N R is a Strength and Conditioning Coach with over 10 years of experience working across high-performance sport, youth development, professional athletes, and multidisciplinary sports environments. His coaching experience spans football, hockey, boxing, athletics, tennis, and individual athlete development, giving him a broad understanding of the physical and performance demands across different sports.
His professional journey includes leadership roles such as Cluster Head of Strength and Conditioning at YOS Sports Physiotherapy, Lead Strength and Conditioning Coach at Usha School of Athletics and Mary Kom Regional Boxing Foundation, Head of Strength and Conditioning for Bengaluru FC Youth Development, and Senior High Performance Coach and Head of Sports Science Wing at Stairs Physiotherapy and Fitness. At Bengaluru FC, he designed and managed Strength and Conditioning programs for more than 200 athletes across U7 to U17 age groups, supporting athlete progression into state and national pathways.
He has also worked with athletes and teams competing at high-performance levels, including supporting Mary Kom during her preparation for her professional boxing debut and contributing to successful competitive outcomes at national and regional levels. His experience extends to performance technology, athlete monitoring, strength and power development, speed development, energy systems, and working alongside multidisciplinary teams.
Adding to his experience in elite women's cricket, Aadhithya also served as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the UP Warriorz WPL team during their off-season camp, contributing to the physical preparation and performance development of professional cricketers.
